KYC Flow Process for Individuals

1. Introduction: Begin by entering your KYC initiation code. If you don’t have one, click the "Contact Admin" option. Make sure to accept the terms and conditions before proceeding.

2. Accept All Terms: Review the terms regarding data usage and payment channels. Check the box to accept all terms, then click continue.

3. Payment Channel Indemnity: Fill in your name, email, and phone number. Read the declaration regarding sanctions and provide your signature. Click the "Sign and Continue" button to move forward.

4. Get Started: Enter your full name, email, and phone number. Click the "Continue" button. A message will inform you that the KYC process will take approximately 4 minutes.

5. Verify Phone and Email: Enter the OTPs sent to your email and phone. If you need to, click the "Resend" button to receive the OTPs again. Click the "Verify and Start KYC" button to proceed.

6. Start Verification: Confirm that your email and phone number have been verified. Click the "Start KYC" button to begin the verification process.

7. Instructions: Follow the instructions provided to prepare for the verification. Click the "Start Verification" button when you're ready.

8. Capture: Position your face within the designated area. Click the "Capture" button to take your photo.

9. Upload or Snap ID: Select your country and ID type from the dropdown menus. Upload your ID or use the camera to snap a picture. Enter your BVN and address.
